Time for the Christmas Tree

So it's that time of year again. This year I stayed home with Luke & Logan and Brett took Ellie & Ian to find a Christmas tree. I packed snacks and sandwiches and of course hot chocolate. They all had fun playing in the snow. Once again Brett found a great tree, which was 18ft tall but I made him cut 2ft off the bottom. It still takes up most of the living room but we love it. Here is a few pictures of their trip.

That tree looks pretty bare, can't wait to see it with decorations and this year I can see it in person, not just look at pictures.
Looks like everyone had fun, good thing you still have the ole Bronco.......looks like the tree barely fit. Knowing Brett he made it work.
I like your christmas blog.

Holy cow! That's a big tree! I have great memories of doing the same thing as a kid. Unfortunately, my kids will have great memories of unpacking our tree from it's bag!!! It's beautiful!

What an awesome tree! I love how big it is. We are having issues with our faux tree this year and am so tempted to toss it out the window and do what you guys did. I love it! Show some "after" pics to for me when it is all decorated.
